Hi, I’m Melissa, also known as "Miscee” Smith, Broker Owner of Avenue 23 Realty.

After years as a top-producing REALTOR®, I stepped into launching Avenue 23 Realty with a clear vision. Through my experience, I developed the skills and insight to recognize areas where I could elevate the client experience—offering a more full-service, high-level approach with marketing as a true niche.
